I’m passionate about designing products and services that address the needs and behaviours of people, while also delivering tangible value and measurable business outcomes.

My experience as a designer spans across UX|UI Design & Strategy, Service Design, Product design and Visual Communication. I have extensive experience working in agile teams, collaborating closely with business, end users and technical stakeholders to define and deliver the desired customer experience.

Over the past 10 years I’ve had the opportunity to work as a consultant with a diverse range of clients at a corporate level for some of Australia’s leading organisations in the financial, government, health, education, logistics, retail and utilities sectors.

I am skilled in distilling complex challenges into effective design solutions, collaborating and facilitating communication amongst Business Stakeholders, Product Owners, BAs and Developers to conceptualise ideas, define requirements and deliver end-to-end solutions.

Lead UX UI Designer, Ministerial Briefings system, at
Victoria Government 
March 2019 – October 2019

UX and UI Lead designer for eBriefings, a system to streamline and improve the workflow and management of Ministerial, Secretarial and Executive briefings, incoming correspondence, and parliamentary questions.

I worked on the entire design process in an agile team assisting with business analysis, user research, journey mapping, wireframing and interface design.

Senior UX UI Designer, Interactive Health Data Portal, at VAHI, DHHS
October 2018 – February 2019

Led the UX and UI design of an interactive portal project to deliver a better experience for accessing health quality and safety information data for the general public and health providers across Victoria. Worked on a new information architecture, visual design and prototype to iterate and validate designs with stakeholders. and provided mentorship to a junior UX designer as part of a handover for them to continue working with the team.

Service Blueprint and UX strategy to understand the current state of employee experience, underlying resources and processes, and propose a future state connected to a program of work to be undertaken over the next 12-18 months, aiming to improve the capability to support an ever-increasing mobile workforce due to the company’s continuing growth.

UX/Service Design, Western Water Connect Portal, at Western Water
May-December 2017, April – June 2018

End to end design of an Online Self-Service Portal where customers can access a range of streamlined services 24/7, addressing business process improvement and projected demand for customer growth.

As the lead UX and UI designer for this project, I assisted the business in identifying and addressing issues with existing business processes. The project was delivered in agile sprints, throughout which I worked with our developers providing guidance and managing client feedback. As a UI designer, I produced final designs and a system style guide to move into production.
